Problemas de bloqueo de discos en vmware

The error message:

Cannot open the disk ‘<path>/<file>-nnnnnn.vmdk’ or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
Reason: Failed to lock the file.

Solution:

Delete the .WRITELOCK files in that path.
